I qualified as a doctor from the University of Nigeria in 1984. My qualifications are MBBS, FRCS, PGC (Oxford University), FRCEM.
I had my postgraduate training in the UK in Emergency Medicine. I was appointed a consultant in the Emergency department of Milton Keynes University Hospital (MKUH) from 2003-2022. I was the Clinical Director of the Department for 7.5 years. I retired from the National Health Service in January 2021 after 30years of continuous service.
My areas of Interest and expertise include resuscitation training - I am an Instructor in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Life Support and European Paediatric Advanced Life Support courses.
In addition, I am a medical trainer - I have organised and delivered bespoke courses to medical and nursing staff in the UK and Nigeria.
I am also an Entrepreneur with directorships in 3 registered companies - 2 providing medical training in the UK and Nigeria and the third providing medicolegal reports.
I am passionate about mentoring, promoting self-healthcare particularly amongst Africans and I have special interest in personal finance (wealth creation and management).
